The 1st Golden Rule for a healthier you is... Everything - in moderation! Golden Rule number 2: is... Exercise, (stop trembling), in moderation. Golden Rule number 3, Eat, Drink, whatever you want... in moderation. Always leave the meal table feeling as if you could eat/ drink just that little bit more & knowing that you can always do so - later on. Have a good Breakfast; No suppers! A breakfast is supposed to do just that...break your fast! Drink a pint of warm water - before each meal. You won’t eat as much then.
Water helps flush out your body system and helps digest your food. Have a brisk half-mile walk, every day, before each meal, if practical, then you will keep to a nice, healthier weight, for as long as you want, without any need to diet. For FREE! Makes sense - to me! You don’t need a meal - at bedtime. Food is fuel, for building up body tissue, creating energy, which you are supposed to use. Note:- 90% of your Energy is derived from the 'AIR' (oxygen) that you breathe, food provides the other 10% ('Brainiac' TV.
