How much energy do you use, whilst you are asleep? Very little! So why fill your belly with unnecessary, excess fuel? Your body will merely store this excess fuel as useless fat - around your sleeping body. Silly! There is no need to go on ‘faddy diets’,
Just eat - sensibly, anything you want; but eat, drink - in moderation! Don’t be a ‘couch potato’, at least not all day! Go for a brisk walk, run, jog, do a spot of gardening, any simple exercise; just to keep your body joints flexed and your blood supply moving around your body, that little bit faster.
Put simply, eat/drink a little less - each day, and exercise that little bit more - each day, then, you will live better, feel healthier, probably live longer; You will feel happier; plus you will actually become wealthier, because you will be buying less food/drink.
