Find somewhere quiet, free of any distractions.
Choose something to concentrate (focus) on, a
candle-
flame, a door knob, anything-
at all.
Keep thinking a chosen word or phrase to yourself,
as you take a slow, deep breath in, then just as slowly,
one deep-
slow breath out, thinking your chosen word/phrase to yourself as you do so.
Repeat your chosen word or phrase for one minute,
then do the same thing again, for another minute, and
so on, until you can do this for 15 minutes each day!
Very soon you won’t need a watch or clock!
Problems/worries that you once thought impossible to overcome, suddenly become solverable.
