When the news media bemoaned the fact that the Duchess of Kent,
(Fergie) was probably infertile, our book was in its ‘manuscript stage’; we sent the manuscript to Buckingham Palace, in the hope that some of our ideas may be of use to  the Duchess.

The Palace sent back a ‘thank-you’ letter, saying that our
manuscript had been given to the Duchess, who soon became pregnant; now our manuscript probably had nothing to
do with ‘Fergie’ suddenly becoming fertile, after trying for so
long, but...she did become pregnant, so can you!
