Avoid that Cold!
                                      continued...

You can develop a cold or other illness within a few days, if just one of these cold spore particles lands on your nose or eyes.

This is the reason why you should try not to rub your eyes or
touch or touch your nose, and why you should always wash your hands - often, if you want to avoid catching a cold.
Studies have shown that a person normally touches his/ her nose or eyes at least 3 times an hour.

Avoid touching taps, doorknobs, telephones, stair rails & the like, if you or a member of your family/household is ill,
because cold germs can survive for 3-hours or more, on
inanimate objects.

Your body needs as many nutrients as possible to keep your immune system in good working order.

Eating a well-balanced diet of fruit & vegetables, two or three times a day, is the best way; a little at a time - but often, gives your body time to digest one lot of food, before starting to
digest the next.
Put too much fuel on a nicely-burning fire, at once, and your
fire will either start to smoulder or die out.

Feed your fire with small amounts of fuel, as needed, and your fire will burn well - for as long as you feed it properly, with
the right type of fuel.
The same ‘philosophy’ applies to your own body.
